AI Leadership & Strategy Day is the capstone workshop of Dixon AI’s organisational transformation journey the moment where leaders consolidate all the learning, experimentation and evidence generated across the previous stages and translate it into a clear, actionable, and sustainable organisational AI strategy.

This day elevates the organisation into Stage 6: Strategic Integration of the Seven Stages of Organisational AI Transformation the point at which AI stops being an initiative and becomes a strategic enabler woven into governance, decision-making, capability development and long-term planning.
 

Through an intensive, facilitator-led session, leaders develop:

  • a 12-month AI strategy

  • governance structures and decision rights

  • investment principles and tooling posture

  • role definitions

  • capability development plans

  • a prioritised innovation roadmap
     

This is where an organisation formally embeds AI into its operating model supported by the evidence and insights gathered during the Hackathon Day (Stage 5) and the value identified on Value Discovery Day (Stage 4).
