Claude Masterclass

The Claude Masterclass is a practical, live online programme designed to move participants from basic use to confident, thoughtful application of Claude across everyday work.

Over four weeks, learners work with expert tutors in interactive sessions that combine clear teaching, guided demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The course begins with a foundation in how Claude works, what it does well, and where its limits lie.

Participants then develop structured prompting skills, explore Projects, Artifacts and Skills, and learn how to build reusable workflows that support writing, analysis and decision-making. Throughout the programme, the focus is on real-world application: producing higher-quality outputs, working with complex information, and using Claude effectively with organisational data.

By the end, participants can use Claude with confidence and apply it as a reliable thinking and productivity tool in their daily work.

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

• Confidently use Claude’s core features and understand where it performs best

• Apply structured prompting techniques to produce clearer, more reliable outputs

• Two hours of independent learning, including reading, guided exercises or practice

• A structured activity designed to reinforce and apply the week’s concepts
